Rooted In Service
What began as a small initiative through my Dreams to Kings and Queens Foundation has grown into a lasting commitment that continues to guide our work today. For the past five years, BLK Hiking Club has carried this mission forward with pride. We’ve expanded our reach, deepened our impact, and stayed rooted in the belief that community service is not a moment but a movement. As we look ahead, we remain dedicated to uplifting our neighbors, supporting local youth, and showing up wherever we’re needed. This work is part of who we are, and it will continue to shape every step we take.

Because of your overwhelming generosity during our 2026 Back to School Supply Drive, students are heading into this school year with so much gratitude and excitement. Thanks to your support, we achieved and exceeded!
Here is the impact you made possible this year:
300+ Backpacks Delivered: We donated over 300 packed backpacks to local schools and community organizations that work directly with students in need.
40 Teacher Wishlists Cleared: Thanks to an incredible overflow of donations, we were also able to purchase essential classroom items directly off the Amazon Wishlists of 40 amazing teachers!
Community Partnerships: We were honored to participate in and support the incredible Back to School events hosted by Diabeating The Odds and the Athens Neighborhood Health Center.
Every single pencil, backpack, and dollar contributed is helping a student step into the classroom feeling prepared, confident, and supported. Thank you for showing up for our community and helping our students start the school year off strong!
